Data Deletion Instructions

1. What you can ask us to delete

Subject to law and legitimate retention needs, you may request deletion of:

• Visitor profile details (name, phone, email, photo, form responses)
• Visit / invite records linked to you
• Staff account profile data (if you are a CalliVisit user)
• Messaging-related records we store (for example WhatsApp/SMS delivery logs tied to your number)
• Platform data received from Meta in connection with our app, where Meta’s Platform Terms require deletion upon a valid request

2. How to submit a request

1. Send an email to info@callivisit.com with the subject: CalliVisit data deletion request.
2. Include all of the following so we can find and verify your records:
   • Full name
   • Mobile number used with CalliVisit / WhatsApp
   • Email address (if any)
   • Company / facility name you visited or work at (if known)
   • Whether you are a visitor or a staff user
3. We may contact you (or the customer organisation that controls the workplace records) to verify your identity before deleting data.
4. After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal data and confirm by email, typically within 30 days.

3. Staff accounts

If you have a CalliVisit staff login, you can also ask your company admin to remove your user account from Settings → Users. You may still email info@callivisit.com for confirmation that related messaging or log data has been handled.

4. What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required by law, security investigations, dispute resolution, or billing/audit obligations (for example anonymised aggregates or records we must keep under applicable regulations). Where retention is required, we will limit use to that purpose.
